Workshop Enrollments
Refund eligibility for workshop enrollments depends on the timing of your request and the extent of content accessed:

Subscription Services
If you have purchased a subscription-based service:
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund based on unused months, minus a 15% administrative fee. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
One-Time Consultations or Sessions
Services scheduled for a specific date and time may be refunded under the following conditions:
Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled time: 100% refund
Cancellation 24-48 hours before scheduled time: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled time: No refund
No-shows: No refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Downloadable materials, worksheets, or templates after they have been accessed or downloaded
Completed workshops or sessions that have already occurred
Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate
Third-party services or tools integrated with our platform
Administrative fees, transaction fees, or processing charges
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased services:

We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided
Technical issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or software are not grounds for a refund

Currency and Exchange Rates

Partial Refunds

Account Credit as Alternative
In some cases, we may offer account credit instead of a monetary refund. Account credit:

Cannot be transferred to another user
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:

Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account
